The Nationwide HBCU Career Fair is oriented towards HBCU students but ALL diverse candidates are welcome. This format will allow for personalized interactions between job seekers and Employers while still permitting high volume participation.

How can I participate as an employer/organization?
Employers can participate in the Nationwide HBCU career fair following the steps below.
Create an company/employer profile.
Upload Job/internship opportunity for the Career Fair.
Requirements
Each company that participates will need to have an onboard virtual recruiter or recruiters to upload Job/internships as well as for resume review/live Q&A.
