About the team + role
The PeopleX team’s mission is to enable exceptional people to build their careers. PeopleX’s priorities are supporting a high-performance culture, focusing on top talent, and building community at Robinhood.
As a PeopleX Intern, you will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting business leaders and leading projects for enterprise People processes. You’ll broaden your HR skills and collaborate with partners across the department.

What you’ll do
Work with business leaders as a People Partner (what we call an HR Business Partner) to support department initiatives and provide guidance and coaching on employee topics, org design, change management, and more.
Lead job profile mapping review(s) with the Talent Management team in support of our enterprise career framework, to ensure the integrity of our leveling and job profile systems are maintained prior to the Summer performance management cycle.
Steward the business through our Summer promotion and compensation cycles to support recognition of high performance culture at Robinhood.
What you bring
Currently enrolled in a full-time, Bachelor’s degree-seeking program in human resources or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.
Strong business-focused communication and collaboration skills
Project management experience, including high degrees of organization, prioritization, and flexibility in order to accommodate shifting deliverables and timelines
HR knowledge and skills from prior HR work experience, including co-ops and previous internships
Rising senior in good academic standing, pursuing an HR-specific degree
