AB is a leading global investment management firm that offers high-quality research and diversified investment services to institutional clients, individuals and private clients in major markets around the world.
The Client Group is one of AB’s largest strategic business units, with functions that range considerably throughout the firm. The program will ultimately expose the Associate to the lifecycle of an investment product, from the initial generation of the idea to researching interest in the marketplace to crafting our message and finally, distributing our products and servicing our Institutional and Retail clients.
Our Client Group Rotational Associate Program is hiring graduating seniors to work at our headquarters in Nashville, TN. Each Associate will participate in up to 4 six-month rotations over a two-year period. There are 2 different tracks to choose from:
Marketing Rotational Associate:
Marketing: promotes the firm and its services by creating, packaging and distributing content and messaging to engage diverse audiences through digital platforms and initiatives, strategic campaigns, and events
Sales & Client Services: works with financial advisors and institutions to offer diversified investment solutions that help clients build and preserve their wealth.
Plus 2 "elective" placements
Each rotation will require you to learn a new, or expand an existing, skill set and complete projects that are critical to the success of the group, department or firm. Any relevant certifications and designations you wish to pursue, such as the Series 7 and CFA, will be sponsored by the firm. During the program you will also be matched with mentors who will help with your assimilation into the firm. Upon successful completion of each rotation, you will present what you learned and contributed to a committee of senior Client Group executives and program administrators. Associates will meet with program leaders to review available career paths and work together to determine their next rotation (based on the firm’s needs and the Associates’ interests). Once your final rotation concludes, you will be placed into a fixed role within the firm.
