Title: RF Power Product
Marketing Intern

Job Description:

You will work
with a cross-functional team within the Aerospace and Defense product line,
within the MACOM RF Power business unit. This position is with the RF A&D
Product Management department. You will work with Corporate Marketing, Channel
Management, Sales, Applications Engineering, and Product Development. You will
gain a basic understanding of RF semiconductors and the markets in which we
participate. 

Opportunities in
this internship may include: Graphic Design, Communications, and Sales Training
Collateral.

•Product
Management-
This intern will assist Product Marketing with day-to-day
activities including product category strategies, competitive intelligence,
product data entry and database cleaning, website enhancements. This may include working with SAP, Adobe, and related
programs.  

•Graphic
Design-
This intern will be responsible for aiding in the creation and/or
modification of graphics and design layouts for sales and marketing collateral,
data sheets, eNewsletters, sales pitch packs, advertising, and more. This
intern will also collaborate across the marketing team and with product
development to support initiatives with compelling on-brand customer support
solutions. This includes working with various CAD and design software. 

During
the 12 weeks each Intern will:

>    Be
given an individual and well-defined project with set outcome goals
>    Gain
hands on experience
>    Receive
excellent training and ongoing supervision
>    Be
invited to attend an intern webinar series
>    Attend
networking/social events
>    Attend
and present at Poster Session about each Interns project successes and pitfalls
>    Receive
formal, written feedback

Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior
working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering for the Summer
2025 Internship.

Prerequisite
Skills and Experience:

This is an entry
level internship position. It is important to have organizational skills and
effective time management. Basic knowledge of Windows OS applications (Excel,
Word, Publisher, etc.) is required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that
is positive and willing to learn skills and varying degrees of difficulty, from
easy to challenging.

Additional
Desirable Skills: 

Prior experience
in an internship or work experience will help you be more successful. Any
experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
