Esri Events Internship
Join Esri Summer Internship Program
Work with seasoned events professionals to support our 2025 Esri User Conference with 20,000 attendees.
What You’ll Do
We have opportunities on our corporate events team to work alongside seasoned events experts to support the largest gathering of geospatial professionals in the world. The projects interns work on vary including:
Large-scale Food and Beverage programs
Event content/agenda management
Sponsorship and Exhibit programs
Conference logistic management
Requirements
We look for students majoring in marketing, business, hospitality, events, communications, GIS, or geography and are currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program at a university in the United States; undergrads must be in junior or senior standing
Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Able to complete a 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2025
Have good writing and communication skills, research abilities, and social media experience
Program Timeline
Applications Accepted: September 1–December 31, 2024 at 5:00 pm PST
Interviews: Students selected for phone interviews will be notified by email on a rolling basis October 2024–January 31, 2025
Internship: 12 weeks beginning in late May or June

The pay range for this internship takes into account education level and previous relevant work experience to include specialized skill sets. Interns who meet minimum qualifications during their internship may also qualify for 401(k) and profit share.
A reasonable estimate of the base pay range is $27.00 – $32.00
