The ACS Audience Engagement Marketing team seeks an intern to support and execute marketing campaigns, audience engagement, and audience discovery for international, Outreach and DEIR partners. This intern will assist in creating engaging and personalized marketing messaging and campaign strategy. This individual will assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, creation of email and social media copy and more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for select ACS initiatives. Help in creating copy for email and organic and paid social media campaigns. Supporting the team in audience and product discovery, audience outreach, and gathering data. Create ACS Product and Audience reference library. Collaborate with external consultants on the creation print and digital marketing material. Utilize persona data to provide insight into messaging strategy. Present a final marketing project.
Education Requirements:
The Ideal candidate will be a rising college senior or college graduate pursuing a major in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a major in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications.

Pay Transparency: This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. The following are the intended hourly rates for this part time/nonexempt role: Rising Junior-$23.00; Rising Senior-$24.00; Current Grad/PhD Student- $27.00.
Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS. ACS reserves the right to amend or modify its employment benefits and compensation structure at any time.
*This position will be primarily based in the Washington D.C. (or applicable) office. ACS employees work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of working onsite, two days per week. Schedule flexibility may be required for this role to support in-office activities. While always welcome to work in the office, employees may work the other three days of the week from a location of their choice.
