I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to change. In past positions, I have work 1:1 with clients ranging from 3-22 years old.  I was a level 3 Registered Behavior Technician, were my duties consisted of providing feedback to RBTs and BT, creating programs and graphs, ensure correct BIP implementations.  I attribute my success thus far to several key factors: Ability to easily assume a leadership role in challenging environments, advanced interpersonal and communication skills, an aptitude for evaluating and resolving customer escalation issues, detail-oriented and efficient in time management and a propensity for exceeding acceptable standards.
