Position Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter intern  you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the(IT ) tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skill sets (e.g., software development, data science, engineering).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in recruitment events and networking activities to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
