Looking for someone to maintain existing relationships
with clients, while performing assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have
prior experience and will be able to perform some tasks with minimal
assistance. The candidate will be able to lead and guide one or more tax
professionals, instruct them with work to be performed, review their work, and
direct necessary revisions. The candidate will have autonomy over their down line and client relations.

Daily Responsibilities:
· Perform review assignments under the firm’s
Partner.
· Review and edit other Tax Professional’s to hand
off a tax return or an accounting product to a manager or partner with minimal
errors.
· Prepare complex tax returns.
· Communicate with tax authorities regarding
notices and other matters on behalf of clients.
· Communicate and maintain confidentiality with
relationships with ultra-high net worth clients.
· Meet time constraints and client deadlines.
· Use technology to learn, share knowledge and
enhance service.
· Maintain an educational program to further
enhance skills and proficiency.
· Contribute to the growth and further improvement
of the firm through participation in meetings.
Preferred:
· Experience and or an understanding of working
with Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
· Able to perform tasks with minimal assistance.
· A self-starter, who is self-motivated and a
quick learner.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting,
Taxation or Business Administration.
· CPA and at least 5 years Public Accounting
experience.
· Advanced knowledge of complex tax concepts and
application to client situations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Word,
Excel, Access and Outlook.
