Ginkgo Residential is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will play a crucial role in spearheading the recruitment and onboarding process for onsite positions while cultivating a positive candidate experience. This position will also provide payroll support and various administrative support for the Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with on-site managers and employees to understand their property specific needs.
  • Post open positions on various websites.
  • Review and assess candidate’s qualifications and suitability for position.
  • Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews for on-site positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for onsite Managers as well as Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager during the recruiting and onboarding process for candidates and new team members.
  • Responsible for entering bonuses for payroll processing and assisting as needed.
  • Other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
  • 1 year of Human Resources/Recruiting experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of key recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, and relationship management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel to properties as needed.
