Summer Analyst Intern

SEnergy is seeking a detail-oriented Summer Analyst Intern to join our College Station Team to assist with financial and data analysis projects for Energy Consulting. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with financial services projects as needed.
• Collaborate with financial services team to identify ways for data and analytics to drive decision making.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial models and forecasting tools to support decision-making.
• Support the team in identifying and assessing potential opportunities.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of client accounts, including monitoring power procurement performance and reviewing financial statements.
• Attend team meetings and participate in discussions on business and financial strategy.
• Perform analysis to solve critical and complex business problems.
• Comprehend, extract, and synthesize information to deliver business insight.
• Design and build solutions to empower Clients’ decision-making needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics, or Business. 
• Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in Excel and financial statements (preferred)
