Strategic Business Planning Intern

Toyoda Gosei North America (located in Troy, MI) has an opening for a Strategic Business Planning Summer Intern. The Strategic Business Planning Intern will work as an integral member of the Strategic Business Planning team, in cooperation with other cross-functional departments to support execution of TG Americas 2030 Business Plan, and help analyze forecast, capacity, and investment data.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Projects related to the execution of the TG Americas 2030 Business Plan, including;

• Analyzing sales forecast data by manufacture site
• Assist with Business Evaluation Matrix (BEM) for new business opportunities
• Support growth strategies utilizing existing manufacturing site
• Assist with development of new manufacturing site to support business growth
• Support to other Strategic Business Planning tasks and activities as necessary

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum of 2 years� undergraduate studies completed
• Coursework towards a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Engineering
• Understanding of Japanese Culture and Business practices is a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organization and communication skills required
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
