Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience
  • Practical experience with agile teams
  • Demonstrated aptitude in Retirement Products and/or Operations, with a strong preference towards Group Retirement knowledge
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in one or more retirement product lines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Operations service center or with Operations business partners
  • Proven collaborative spirit and outcome mindset
  • Interest in technology and systems development

Skills

Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.

Business Architecture: Knowledge of an enterprise’s business structure, including processes and information related to business services; ability to design a blueprint for the architecture and align it with organizational strategic objectives.

Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.

Equitable Information Technology organization is looking for a Senior Manager Business Analysis to be responsible for overseeing the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects within the organization. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify business problems and propose solutions. The Lead Manager – Business Analysis plays an important role in ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals and objectives, and that they deliver value to the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interface with our key product business owner to provide innovative solutions on our most critical initiatives
  • Business Analysis activities which will yield the development/design of project features
  • Orchestration of features to ensure they are delivered with quality from an end to end perspective
  • Partner with Operations and Product owners to ensure that value is being produced at a business level

The base salary range for this position is $92,000 – $121,000.   Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
