Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Technology Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
- Provide technical support to on-site team members, clients, and leadership.
- Implement new sites and features within the property management platform.
- Assist with team member training on new product rollouts.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize property management processes through technology solutions.
- Implement and manage workflow automation and other efficiency-enhancing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Data Analysis
- Utilize property management software to extract and analyze data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership
- Oversee and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support team member development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management technology or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with property management industry best practices.
