Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for all go-to-market activities related to promoting a given set of products (DCLL/DCLP/DCLR/VIP and DCL53/Other) to our customer segments. He/She/They will also be responsible for realizing product enhancement ideas and benchmarking against competitive product offerings. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define segments/audiences and go-to-market plans for supported products
  • Develop Demand Generation initiatives per product to include crafting unique value propositions, headlines, CTAs, and other relevant content/messaging per segment for supported products
  • Work with internal and external design resources to develop marketing support and sales enablement materials for supported products
  • Identify keywords for digital pursuits and help define campaigns to exploit them
  • Benchmark competitive product offerings
  • Analyze funnel (lead gen, velocity, etc.) for each demand gen initiative and implement optimization tactics
  • Create and manage budgets for supported product marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration required
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a B2B marketing role required – direct experience in Product Marketing and experience in the Transportation industry strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience practicing agile marketing preferred
  • Experience working with commoditized or commoditizing products preferred
  • Ability to turn data and analytics into executable product marketing plans
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort level and ability to work cross functionally at all levels of the organization (administrative to senior leadership)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
