The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate product management activities by setting priorities and maintaining both internal and external communication.

 

The following chalenges await you:

 

  • Help introduce new, high performance ceramic products to select US based semiconductor OEM’s.
  • Actively prepare and participate in customer calls by creating presentations, providing necessary information, and methodically documenting meeting notes and actions items.
  • Execution of technical clarifications in close cooperation with R&D, engineering, and production teams,
  • Technical support of the sales organization (customer service, product manager)
  • Cooperation in the preparation of marketing documents and technical data sheets.
  • Work closely with R&D and engineering colleagues to help develop material specifications.
  • Help build and grow customer relationships that allow for an easier flow of communication and technical details.
  • Engage in all product related activity with internal colleagues relating to product specifications, production yield, engineering projects, quality, order related details, etc.
  • Act as the direct liaison between the plant and the commercial team in the field. Work closely and develop synergy product manager and key OEM account manager.
  • Must be able to work in a production and office setting on a part-time basis (non-remote) with full-time option available in the future.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Ceramics, Physics, or Semiconductor Processing.
  • Working towards a Graduate degree in related fields mentioned above.
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • Must be reliable working within business hours on site.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, OneNote, etc.
  • Following strict safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work in team settings.
