AIP is offering a paid internship opportunity, seeking a Finance and Administrative Intern to join the Finance & Administration team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assist with office duties including mail, supplies, scheduling space, etc.
Assist with Budget and Reporting using excel and Oracle
Work across departments to advance projects
This paid internship will be full-time in the summer months (when school is not in session) and offer up to 10 hours per week during the academic season.
This position is expected to work in the AIP headquartered office in College Park, MD.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:
The Finance and Administration Intern will receive hands-on experience and will be involved in administration, project management, business analysis, financial reporting, and operational improvements. As the F&A Intern, you will have countless opportunities to network and to develop professionally.
COMPENSATION:
This internship will pay $17 per hour.
EDUCATION:
Candidate must be pursuing an undergraduate degree (a business related, or finance focus is preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Microsoft Suite i.e. PowerPoint and Excel
Proven interest in finance and accounting
Applicants must reside in Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia
