Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Intern to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communications team at Rödl & Partner in Chicago, IL. You will promote our corporate branding, design internal and external communications, and support on various business development tasks. You must be able to manage projects, multi-task and communicate effectively. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive and results oriented.
Responsibilities
- Assist in all Marketing/Business development efforts, plans, and strategies in alignment with the firm’s vision and culture
- Maintain and enhance firm’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
- Produce content and design images for all marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoints) in accordance with the Corporate Standards
- Create content and serve as part of the editorial team for the monthly internal newsletter
- Database reconciliation
- Business Development: Research potential targets
- Upload content to the internal and external website www.roedl.us
- Support with administrative tasks e.g., take care of monthly business card order, roll over of 2023 documentation
- Collaborate on projects with various teams and levels of management within the firm
- Organize and assist in the implementation of Rödl & Partner events
Required Qualifications
- 3.0 GPA minimum requirement
- Suggested majors: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations
- Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduates
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and Wave is preferred
- Social Media Experience is preferred (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
