WICS is the Product Owner for the Washington/Columbus M365 shared Tenant. We are also the subject matter expert for all things SharePoint and currently support all tiers of support for SharePoint and Teams for Washington. In addition, we oversee Washington’s Employee Success Training Program via Workplace Technology and the related ESTP Academy.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join the WICS team as an M365 Application Support Intern. In this entry-level role, you will assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Washington’s supported M365 applications, ensuring smooth operation and addressing user inquiries efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in M365 application support and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide first-level support for Washington’s supported M365 applications, including responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.

• Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or development teams as needed.

• Assist M365 Application Trainer in maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to improve the overall user experience.

• Log and track reported issues using WICS’ M365 Support SharePoint List, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Stay updated on the latest M365 application features, updates, and best practices related to the M365 applications.

• Support M365 Product Owner with M365 Administration tasks.

• Perform User Acceptance Testing during M365 Application development.

• Other duties as assigned

 

Education Requirements:

The Ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate that has majored in Information Technology

 

Required Qualifications:

Recent college graduate that has majored in Information Technology or related field.

Pay Transparency: This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office. The following are the intended hourly rates for this part time/nonexempt role: Rising Junior-$23.00; Rising Senior-$24.00; Current Grad/PhD Student- $27.00.

Any actual offer of employment, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be made in the sole discretion of ACS. ACS reserves the right to amend or modify its employment benefits and compensation structure at any time.

 

 

*This position will be primarily based in the Washington D.C. (or applicable) office. ACS employees work a hybrid work schedule, consisting of working onsite, three days per week. Schedule flexibility may be required for this role to support in-office activities. While always welcome to work in the office, employees may work the other two days of the week from a location of their choice.
