Intern, Transportation Finance, Summer 2025
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Transportation Finance Team and perform financial analytics and business cases to support the operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analytics and be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure our systems are functioning efficiently.
Role/Responsibilities:
Analyze Financial Data: Assess transportation-related financial data, generate reports, and assist with forecasting.
Support Business Cases: Help develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses for new projects.
Enhance System Efficiency: Identify and recommend improvements to financial systems and monitor their performance.
Collaborate: Work with team members and other departments to gather information and support various initiatives.
Perform Administrative Tasks: Maintain documentation and assist with other finance-related tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Field(s) of study: Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university.
Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)
Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and strong analytical abilities.
Previous finance-related internship or coursework; experience with financial software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
Basic understanding of financial statements; familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus.

Location: This position is in Casa Grande, AZ. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment.
Availability: Full-time is preferred
Anticipated Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Work Environment: List either or all: High Bay, Office, Lab
Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable.
Visa Sponsorship: Lucid may but is not obligated to sponsor foreign national employees requiring company sponsorship for U.S employment authorization.
Medical Benefits: Dental and vision on day 1 for all interns working 30+ hours a week; medical for interns in California working 30+ hours a week.
Housing/Transportation: You must provide your own living arrangements and transportation in the local area.
Background Check: All offers of employment are contingent on clearing a background check.
