Intern, Growth Marketing, Summer 2025
Location: Newark, CA
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Digital Marketing team and work on various growth marketing projects, with a focus on Paid Media, and gain valuable insights into marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, have an analytical mindset, and be self-motivated to take on new challenges.
Role/Responsibilities:
Paid Media: Learn and assist in executing digital media campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze marketing data, and create reports using various analytics tools
Content Creation: Support in paid media asset creation by working with creative agencies, providing feedback and best practices
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to coordinate and executive marketing initiatives
Perform ad hoc marketing projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Field(s) of study: Economics, Marketing, Business, UX/UI Design or a related field
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree program at an accredited university.
Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS, PhD)
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, processes, and tools
Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn about marketing analytics
Basic working knowledge with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and related creative toolset
Familiarity in social media platforms and related advertising tools
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

Location: This position is in Newark, CA. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment.
Availability: Full-time is preferred
Anticipated Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Work Environment: List either or all: Office
Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable.
Visa Sponsorship: Lucid may but is not obligated to sponsor foreign national employees requiring company sponsorship for U.S employment authorization.
