Title: AVP – Delivery Manager
Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203
Duties: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency Perform dimensional fit and gap analysis between current and future state technology solutions to support acquisition programs and evaluate vendor solutions. Develop data flow diagrams for integrations to reporting, finance, and billing applications that will support the technical design and build processes. Partner with the Data Management and Analytics Teams to fill gaps on analysis and documentation and to ensure technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet stakeholder reporting objectives. Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue/risk management. Collaborate with solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects throughout the duration of implementation by reviewing and providing feedback on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with stakeholders and testing new functionality. Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system and software. Work on transition of all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams. Coordinate with scrum teams on project initiatives and interact with senior leadership on product design and delivery.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Technology or a closely related technical field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an Engineer, Developer, Technical Associate/Consultant, or in a related technical position involving project management and overseeing process improvements. Must have experience with following: facilitating planning, backlog grooming, meetings, reviews/demos, and retrospectives; applying knowledge of project/program management techniques, including waterfall, Agile and Scrum or PMI/PMBok; maintaining and monitoring resource reporting tools and processes; coordinating across functional groups to manage dependencies and utilizing advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; utilizing project management tools, including Rally, Jira, Smartsheet, or related; working with Azure and software development; managing program scope, risks, schedule, and budgets; transforming data to actional information using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $178,450 – $205,774/year depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
