About the Role
As a Learning and Development Intern, you will work closely with the Learning and Development team to support our Associates program as well as logistics of our various training programs.. You will participate in projects aimed at enhancing the learning and development culture within the Dean Dorton organization.
What will you be doing? 
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects related to our entry level Associate Program, helping to organize and support the feedback process.
  • Provide administrative support for various L&D initiatives.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
  • Help track employee learning progress and maintain records of training sessions.
  • Conduct research on new trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development
What are we looking for?
  • Currently enrolled in a master’s level program or a Bachelor’s degree program, studying: Business Management, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Learning and Development, employee engagement, or talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
