Provide support to the EMEA NV Clinical Research team within the Marketing department with content marketing, supply & demand processes, competitive activities, and marketing management assets activities. Job duties:
- Create Competitive iPDF; train and disseminate to the commercial organization.
- Create or coordinate with external vendor and align with business partners (e.g., Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, etc.) on the creation of marketing assets such as brochures, power point presentations, interactive pdf, etc.
- Support the update of collaterals with new branding.
- Organize the library of marketing materials (Storefront and Seismic).
- Coordinate copy review process by using Workfront and Seismic.
- Facilitate brochure to QR code process.
- Provide support with email marketing including database clean-up and update.
- Create new template and landing pages on Hubspot.
- Support the execution of the social media plan.
- Support Gamification execution.
- Create standardized templates for invitations and other promotional materials.
- Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field of study.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with project management.
