Supported by experienced professionals, you’ll be part of a team that will guide you as you develop and sharpen your sales skills and knowledge of the financial services landscape.

What will I be doing?

As a Financial Services Professional Intern, you will shadow seasoned financial advisors, participate in a robust training program, and gain exposure to many facets of the financial services industry. As an intern, you will:

  • Obtain your Life and Health Insurance licenses.
  • Gain exposure to Business Technology Tools, including A360, EMoney, EZ-App, and Coverpath
  • Participate in client meetings, case design, implementation strategy discussions, client annual reviews, and events.
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings, including weekly activity updates, professional development, and industry concepts.
  • Collaborate with other interns to research and present a project based on best practices in building a financial service business.

Are there growth opportunities?

Absolutely! You can continue your internship part-time throughout the school year and join us full-time after graduation.

What are the requirements?

We’re looking for people who have a track record of success and share our core values:

  • Accountability: Take ownership of outcomes by finding solutions, not excuses.
  • Ambition: Strive for excellence, even when excellence resides outside our comfort zone.
  • Coachability: Receive all feedback as a gift.
  • Integrity: Honor commitments to our clients, ourselves, and our team members.

Who do you need to be?

  • A strong relationship-builder who takes a people-first approach.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • An eager learner with a professional demeanor, excellent presentation, and organizational skills
  • A candidate for BA/BS and/or graduate degree.

To qualify, you must be a US Citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain the required licenses and registrations.
