Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the PMO in managing multiple and concurrent projects to meet project deliverables.
You will facilitate the planning, preparation, execution and reporting of project deliverables for daily, weekly, and monthly project status updates using excel, PowerPoint and graphic formats.
You will be an integral part of a larger team of Project Managers, Solution Leads, Functional and Technical teams working as one integrated program delivery unit.
Responsibilities:
– Helps coordinate the technical aspects of internal projects by supporting Project Solution Leaders with scheduling, meeting minutes, the follow up with technical teams, attend project meetings, updating status reports and maintain an organized traceable documentation
– Coordinate solution track team members to keep the project deliverables to plan
– Manage project related paperwork, meetings, co-location testing sessions
– Maintain project plans and other project artifacts
– Ability to write and/or validate test scripts, test scenarios and work closely with the Quality Center of Excellence (QCoE)
Requirements:
– Pursuing a Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
– Interest or experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data science and analytics
– Extremely well organized and a fast learner.
– Experience in BOX and JIRA
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to coordinate teams across global time zones
– Experience with Zoom, Slack, or Teams
– Proficient in Office 365 and PowerPoint
– Ability to travel to our West Corporate office in the Oakland Area California and our East Coast Offices in New York and New Jersey.
$20 – $22 an hour
