The Opportunity
We are seeking an engineering intern for this summer! As an intern, you will gain valuable work experience in your field of study by working side by side with fellow Sambatek professionals. You’ll work on current and real life projects within commercial land development– learning site design and the software we use.
Work Location: In office for maximum learning potential
The qualified candidate will:
- Provide team support in production of all project deliverables
- Support colleagues in meeting project goals and deadlines
- Comply and help with the enforcement of company standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- In progress Bachelor�s degree in Civil Engineering (Senior status preferred)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong self-motivation, communication skills (verbal and written), leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to manage multiple tasks on variety of projects with attention to detail
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment
- Ability to occasionally move equipment/objects weighing up to 10 pounds
