What opportunity is available?
Clearview Group is looking to hire a full-time Intern, Accounting & Finance for the summer of 2025 at our Corporate office in Owings Mills, MD. The 10-week internship program is tentatively set to start on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 and end on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025. Business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EDT Monday through Friday. Interns will primarily work onsite to ensure ample opportunities for in-person mentoring and relationship building. However, in line with the flexible environment we foster, interns may work remote on occasion as coordinated with their direct manager.

What will this Intern do?
Under the direction and with the support of more experienced team members, the Accounting & Finance Intern will leverage their knowledge and skill sets as our clients face varying challenges. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing financial statement preparation and analysis, accounting process transformation, and accounting standard implementation
- Work with other staff to advise clients on how to improve and optimize internal controls, implement new accounting standards and analyze risk
- Participating in accounting software implementations or integrations, including upgrades and training
- Researching and resolving technical questions
- Staying informed of industry trends and providing other value-added recommendations to clients
- Serving as a positive brand ambassador for Clearview when interfacing internally and externally
What is required for consideration?
- Minimum 3.0 GPA at time of application AND at time of internship program start
- Current student preparing to graduate in May 2025 or December 2025, May 2026
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally to client sites if needed
