Job Description

We are currently looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our key target segments. You will bring to life multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting promotional, brand and product initiatives, advance the integrated messaging strategy, and expand the marketing team’s ability to better meet customers where they are. This is an opportunity to collaborate across marketing disciplines such as internal/external creative teams, product, media, and marketing strategy to establish best practices and shape integrated content & messaging processes.

In this position, you will use marketing, customer, and business data to develop and monitor performance of integrated plans and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Come help us build the best and fastest fiber-optic network in America!

As Integrated Marketing Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key target segments across multiple channels (digital, social, radio, print, grass root/local events) ensuring a quality product that is on time and within budget
  • Partner with marketing strategy team in the development of long- and short-term marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and achieve business goals
  • Author creative briefs for campaigns, assess creative outputs and provide strategic and thought leadership that advances the efficacy of each campaign and has material impact on the improvement of creative assets
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies to set milestones, manage potential risks, identify production efficiencies, and drive buy-in throughout leadership
  • Work with internal stakeholders to obtain, interpret and apply insights and performance analysis to elevate marketing campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional group of stakeholders, ensure seamless collaboration and alignment to achieve common goals
  • Provide input into and manage distinct types of message and channel tests across service lines assisting in the definition of scope
  • Develop, deploy, and manage integrated marketing best practices and processes across the marketing organization e.g., project & creative asset management, creative review and approval, internal communication plan for marketing projects, creative test and learn plans

 


Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or similar field
  • 7+ years brand and/or product marketing experience, agency experience preferred
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing and advertising best practices
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presentation skills
  • Initiative-taking, solutions-oriented with ability to make in the moment decisions that drive efficiencies and improve product
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on implementing integrated advertising campaigns – television, radio, digital and social platforms.
  • Prefers and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 
  • Organized, high diligence and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-driven, curious, and enthusiastic personality to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of business partners
