We are seeking a talented individual with an interest in IT to intern with our NY/NJ based IT team. The successful candidate will work on projects that will directly impact Quantifi’s infrastructure and end users. Responsibilities:

• Working hands on with end users locally and located remotely
• Complete support tickets and small projects
• Shadowing IT Systems Engineers on complex issues
• Work with a plethora of technologies such as Windows OS, SQL Server, Azure, VMware
• Optimize Quantifi system for end-user specific performance

Skills and Requirements:

• Working on undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other technical discipline
• Experience with Windows Operating systems, cloud computing, and networking
• Familiarity with Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose root cause
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and under direction
• Excellent interpersonal skills
