A Financial reporting Fund Accounting Associate 2+ years’ experience needed in leading firm Hybrid Charlotte Central working with defined permanent career path.  

Duties include: 

·         financial statements, Prepare review fund level quarterly.

·         GAAP, ILPA: ensuring compliance.

·         Monthly close procedures in collaboration with third party fund administrator / investment accounting team.

·         Review workpapers, fee calculations, investor statements.

·         Review secured debt quarterly compliance reports

·         Annual audits of various investment vehicles.

·         financial reporting, internal controls, accounting processes.

·         Work closely with external tax team info requests, data analysis.

·         Manage REIT compliance liaison between asset managers / tax consultants.

·         quarterly variance reporting at fund level.

·         Transaction support for Investments team.

Requirements

Requirements

·         Financial reporting Experience.

·         Analytical technical accounting skills

·         Working knowledge of GAAP and fair value accounting principles

·         Sole & team collaborator in fast-paced environment

·         Work Daily with internal & external third-party vendors

Nice to have not essential

·         Commercial real estate or fund accounting

·         Yardi and/or Workiva experience a big plus

·         Education: Master’s degree

·         CPA  or Others.
