We’re looking for a dedicated Purchasing Manager to handle the procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies for our restaurant group. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and collaborating with our restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with culinary and management teams to understand menu requirements and sourcing needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, conducting regular evaluations of performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records and reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
Background in restaurant hospitality required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems, specifically Toast and Ctuit.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
