Thompson Child & Family Focus is seeking a self-motivated leader to work in coordination with the Director of Family Services to oversee the Family Education department. This person would also oversee the recruitment of families for the parent education classes as well as assist the Family Partner Lead in data compliance. This role is responsible for facilitating adult learning groups, modeling fidelity of an evidence based curricula, working collaboratively with co-facilitators, documenting case notes in a timely manner, maintaining accurate client records, and submitting monthly and quarterly reports. This person must be a trained/certified Incredible Years facilitator or will become certified within six months. Available to facilitate evenings and weekends. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work or related field. A valid driver’s license in the state of your residence, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check is required. No calls please.
