At Colgate-Palmolive, we offer an exceptional Internship Program within our Global Information Technology organization. This internship is a six-month paid hybrid program, starting in January and continuing into the spring semester as part-time with opportunity to extend.
As an integral part of a global team, interns will gain exposure to one of our largest Marketing Digital Transformation projects and experience with enterprise level digital experience analysis and development methodologies. Interns will work on over 20 global brand websites and help transform the digital experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
Website Support and Analysis: provide project-support and participate in the continuous development of Colgate Palmolive’s websites (brand consumer sites and Corporate site)
Ensure best-practices, compliance with relevant regulations, and appropriate new technology is applied to maximize marketing efforts
Ongoing Platform Updates: support the ongoing audit of websites and content recommendations to improve accessibility, usability, and navigation
Functional Improvements: work with internal teams and external vendor leads to coordinate new website requests to improve user experience and capabilities
Website KPIs and Performance: provide reporting support and learn new analytic methods while collaborating with dedicated reporting teams
Requirements:
Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a college or university with a graduation date of or later than May 2025
Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Marketing, or related fields
Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, not requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
A minimum GPA of 2.8
Must be available to work hybrid at our Piscataway, NJ office location throughout the entire internship
Every Tuesday or Wednesday, specific hours are flexible
This position requires a 6-month commitment (January-June)
Must be available to work 35 hours/week during the winter break and 15 hours/week during the academic semester
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Web Publishing
Experience with Data Analysis and Reporting (i.e. collecting and analyzing data to generate insights that inform business decisions)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $23.00 – $32.50 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee’s hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
