Position Overview:

Creative, detail-oriented and a strong understanding of the target audience’s needs and interests are important for the Digital Content Specialist to embody.  This role will write, edit and publish compelling content for Northwood Ravin properties via various platforms.  Proficiency in photography, digital imaging and in content creation tools is a plus.  It will also oversee all property Instagram accounts under the guidance of the Director Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and a passion for branded luxury and resort style living.

Responsibilities Overview:  

  • Content Creation and Capture:
    • Collaborate with property teams to gather and create engaging content that showcases our luxury communities, amenities, and resident experiences to include photos, reels and generalized lifestyle experiences.
    • Conduct regular property visits to capture high-quality photos and videos, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Content Editing:
    • Edit and curate content for various platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for social media and other marketing channels.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee all property Instagram accounts, creating and scheduling posts that highlight unique features and events.
    • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant online community.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement content strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
    • Assist in analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Brand Alignment:
    • Ensure all content aligns with Northwood Ravin’s brand guidelines and values.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform content creation.

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
