Client Technology Staging Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be our Client Technology Staging (CTS) Intern. Working as an intermediate between clients and CTS team to communicate in a professional manner with internal employees and external clients and vendors. As part of the CTS team in our mid-town New York office, you will manage the organization, tracking and storage of hardware, and be the contact point for receipt, user communication, to configuration and delivery, including, unpacking, packing and shipping end-user hardware, as well as securing, documenting, and communicating end-user configuration specific requirements from/to external/internal parties.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and internal teams about hardware/software requirements
• Communicate with internal teams about incoming orders
• Provide post-order support, such as providing order updates and facilitating returns
• Assist with allocating hardware for client projects
• Tag incoming hardware and update CTS team with incoming shipments
• Schedule and prepare hardware that needs to be delivered

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Ability to lift over 25+ lbs of equipment.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, components and software
• Prior experience working within software systems a plus (ImmyBot, Ninja RMM, Microsoft Office Suite)
• Customer service experience a plus
• Inventory management experience a plus
• Familiarity working within an office environment.
• Professional demeanor
• A great attitude and a willingness to learn from and contribute to our CTS Team

Compensation: $20/hour
