Job Description
I have a client located in the Charlotte, NC area that is looking for a Civil Engineer.
In this role you will work directly under senior Engineers doing civil land development primarily in the residential background. The company is looking for a candidate proficient with Civil 3D and AutoCAD experience regarding residential land development.
Requirements
- 3 Years+ Residential Land development using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Commercial and mix-use building development is a plus.
- Planning, designing and constructing residential projects. (Start to finish)
- Conceptual design, master planning, storm water management, erosion control, site observation, etc.
- Blueprint and technical documentation proficiency.
- Team player willing to work towards EIT / PE
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
