Business Administrator

The Business Administrator reports to the Director of Business Management and assists the Director of Contracting and Director of Quality Control in the drafting and reporting of certain documents.  The employee is responsible for drafting and reviewing business management and contracting related documents which are required during day-to-day operations.  The Business Administrator is also expected to develop and build client relationships and assist in the functioning of Headquarters. 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in developing and drafting company documents, proposals, position descriptions, press releases, and other business related correspondence
  • Monitor company social media sites for business management related opportunities
  • Data-mine recruiting databases to canvass for potential candidates for current or future position openings
  • Research information upon request
  • Participate in business meetings, events, and company functions to support the business management team
  • Promote and market the business through applying awards and community service events
  • Manage office maintenance through related duties and tasks
  • Assist with event planning and implementation, as required
  • Greet office visitors and answer company phone line
  • Perform other related duties incidental to the work described
EDUCATION
  • Candidate should be a current student actively working towards their bachelor’s degree. 
  • Candidate shall possess a minimum of a High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE
  • Candidates should have at least three (3) years of experience in a discipline related to general administration, human resources, business or an equivalent combination thereof
  • Experience with military personnel is preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods of time and maintain focus
  • Daily travel in local area during workday (including use of personal vehicle)
  • May require business related travel
