Summary
Armstrong World Industries, Inc., has an internship opportunity for a Service Experience Technician to be located at the corporate campus in Lancaster, PA, under the supervision of an experienced IT service manager. Our team of IT professionals are committed to providing world-class leadership and service to our organization as well as develop the future IT leaders of tomorrow. As a Service Experience Technician Intern, you will gain a breadth of knowledge spanning all aspects of IT and business functions as you provide IT support to the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
Provide Concierge-level Service in resolving customer IT issues and requests
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in analysis and troubleshooting
Identify and learn software and hardware used and supported by the organization
Conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
Perform analysis to identify trends
Prioritize and execute tasks with a sense of urgency
Collaborate with team to deliver IT training and support
Build rapport with customers throughout the organization
Create and maintain system and process documentation
Support IT on Process Improvement efforts
Contribute to IT project work
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to work independently

Fluent in English

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Windows applications
Ability to work 40-hour work week/ 10 weeks May-Aug
