Private Alternatives Business Development Analyst

AB’s Private Alternatives team manages investments and client relationships across an array of alternative asset classes including private credit, commercial real estate debt and private equity energy with capabilities in North America and Europe.

The team is in search of interns interested in learning more about the alternative investment industry to support our investment and business development teams located in Nashville, Austin, and New York. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in alternative investments at an elite firm.

Specific responsibilities of this role may include but not be limited to:

Developing an understanding of AB’s Alternatives product offerings
Ability to thoughtfully assemble and analyze investment data, working comfortably in Excel and PowerPoint
Provide operational support to portfolio management and business development teams
Create, maintain, and distribute product content, including marketing materials, DDQs and RFPs, other due diligence materials, etc.
Participating in projects related to process improvement as well as building reports that consolidate information from across AB’s Private Alternatives businesses
Job Qualifications:

May or June 2022 Bachelor’s degree candidates with demonstrated excellence in academics
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Eligible to work in the US, without sponsorship
