Job Description

It is an exciting time to join Albemarle.  This position will play a key role in Albemarle’s CRM/CLM Program that is chartered with delivering streamlined compliant global ITO processes aligned with the sales cycle as part of migrating to Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and DocuSign CLM.  This updated process will help Albemarle gain key insights that will ultimately improve our customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and governance of the platform processes and application tools for:

  • SalesForce.com
  • DocuSign CLM
  • Third Party Onboarding
  • Support activities for Legal and Sales with regards to implementation and training for use of the CRM and CLM system
  • Work with key stakeholders including executives and subject matter experts across multiple functional areas to define overall process and application requirements. Design considerations for new tools and application enhancements.
  • Aligning process needs with application capabilities, improving processes as required.
  • Analyzing current procedures, identifying areas where improvements can be made.
  • Identifying and implementing ways to improve the efficiency of business and sales processes.
  • Evaluate and analyze root cause.
  • Optimize or redesign process flows to meet business requirements.
  • Observes and maintains company policies and compliance requirements, ensuring successful audit processes.
  • Create, maintain, and update process documents such as: Work Instructions and Operating Procedures.
  • Driving data integrity within sales applications through analysis and data management tools.
  • Supporting colleagues that are leading projects across business and IT functional areas by analyzing data, completing deliverables under approved project plans. May act as a Project Manager for lower complexity projects.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations Leader and other global functions to optimize sales technology investments.
  • Support end user requests and troubleshooting issues; provide training to enable end user success.
  • Manage change requests and related testing and validation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Process Improvement or Business Process Management role.
  • Must be highly analytical and possess strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required with particular emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM and/or CLM platforms required; Salesforce.com and DocuSign being a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a global team environment.
  • Handle changing, fast paced and challenging job demands.
  • Detail oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work autonomously on support to end users, system maintenance and multiple operational activities.
  • Experience working on different projects.
