About the Team
The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office in San Jose, California.
Your Role
- Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company strategy and unlocks potential value
- Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with partners across the company to help devise corporate and functional strategy
What You Will Bring
- Enrolled in a full-time top-tier MBA program, with an expected graduation in the Spring of 2026
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or FP&A, with a focus on enterprise software/SaaS strongly preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business, operational, and strategic issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build collaborative working relationships
- Effectively deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment, leading teams without a direct reporting structure.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $ 80 per hour.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
