Job Summary:

As the Operations Intern, you will assist IT Operations with day-to-day duties and work on assigned server, network and cybersecurity projects.

Degree, Major, Field of Study, Course Requirements (if applicable):

Applicants must:

• Applicants must be:
• Be enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or
• Have a declared field of study and enrolled full-time in an Associate’s degree program, or equivalency to full-time enrollment when attending a trade school or certification program; or
• Have recently graduated with a degree or certification from these programs within the last six months
• Applicants should be seeking a degree or certification in information technology or a related field.

Requirements

• PC Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
• Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
