Early Career Internship Program
This program is designed to help you start and grow your career in Finance at Allstate. Here we work across multiple areas to provide critical analytics and consultative support to drive optimal business performance. Your 10-week internship will expose you to projects that have an impact throughout the organization. Through hands-on work, you will gain valuable experience and insight into multiple areas of One Finance.

Financial Analyst
Corporate Accounting
Enterprise Risk Management
Internal Audit
Treasury

Our internship program is designed to prepare you for future finance careers at Allstate. Interns graduating with their bachelor’s and who are high performers during their internship will have the opportunity to apply to Allstate’s Finance Development Program and/or Full-Time opportunities within One Finance.
Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications
Pursing Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related area of study
Current Junior graduating in Winter 2022 or Spring 2023
Involved in student Organizations or extracurricular activities
General understanding of financial and accounting concepts
Time management and organization skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to analyze, manipulate and interpret substantial amounts of data
