The Unchained team partnered with BNY during the fall recruiting season, to deliver a Hybrid Engagement Campaign that included campus ambassador support, virtual events and more!

The Results

Through our partnership, the BNY team was able to reach over 2,000+ candidates and leveraged our ambassadors to engage and convert  100+ students at all their target in-person career fairs!

META SUCCESS STORY

The Need

Meta partnered with UNCHAINED to drive engagement around emerging career opportunities in tech and highlight its commitment to innovation and equity.

The Solution

We launched a targeted campus activation across key HBCUs, leveraging UNCHAINED’s ambassador network to generate pre-event buzz, drive RSVPs, and maximize student turnout.

The Results

The Meta campus activation successfully garnered over 150+ RSVPs and welcomed more than 80 student attendees, reflecting strong interest and participation.

Nike aimed to amplify its brand presence on HBCU campuses while sourcing talent for internships and building cultural relevance with Gen Z.

The Solution

Through two on-campus activations and ambassador-led campaigns, UNCHAINED created immersive brand moments rooted in style, purpose, and sport. Ambassadors shared personal stories while promoting Nike’s student opportunities.

The Results

The Nike campaign featured two high-energy on-campus activations, recruiting 50+ ambassadors per campus. It drove over 100 internship applications and generated UGC that connected Nike’s mission with campus culture.
