Position Summary

Contributes to ongoing manufacturing by supporting Quality initiatives. The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Manufacturing Quality Engineering group with daily responsibilities and improvement projects related to Manufacturing, Environmental Monitoring, Cleanroom Management, and Incoming Inspection.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cleanroom Testing
• Environmental Monitoring Updates
• Writing of tool usage work instructions
• Tasks related to manufacturing line support
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
• Perform job functions in accordance with applicable GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO guidelines
• Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Enrolled in a college level engineering or microbiology program.
• Demonstrated interest in the Medical Device Industry and one or more of the following: Environmental Monitoring, Cleanroom Design and Management, Mechanical/HVAC Design for Cleanrooms, Process Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
• Computer skills including understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
