Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs using instructional design methodologies, particularly ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) 

  • Design and launch end-to-end learning initiatives with measurable outcomes, utilizing the Kirkpatrick model for evaluation 

  • Facilitate leadership training sessions for entry-level leaders, fostering their growth and development 

  • Facilitate employee-focused training sessions driving professional development and growth

  • Manage learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions 

  • Utilize various learning technologies and platforms to deliver engaging and effective training experiences 

  • Analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field;

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and learning program development

  • Proven expertise in ADDIE methodology and Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model

  • Management experience

  • Demonstrated success in designing and facilitating leadership training programs

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Near-term objectives:

  • Manage the entry-level leadership program, measure effectiveness, and improve quality over time

  • Assist with the design and development of the LMS leadership learning portal  

  • Partner with L&D lead to design/build Director level leadership program

  • Conduct analysis for functional skills training and a frontline train-the-trainer program
