Overview

Renuity is seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to join Renuity as a Strategic Finance Analyst. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis and decision-making processes at one of Renuity’s largest operating companies, maintaining, analyzing, and communicating relevant KPIs to better inform business decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and drive data intense analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of business performance and growth drivers and present these analyses and key takeaways to stakeholders

  • Define, maintain, understand, forecast, and communicate key KPIs related to sales, production, and marketing to key stakeholders

  • Drive complex financial modeling development, enhancement, and maintenance of models used to track business performance

  • Manage and build financial and operational dashboards to monitor daily and weekly performance

What You Will Bring: 

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from both financial and marketing data

  • Either a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, etc.) or 2+ years of work experience in a related role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

    • Experience with financial software (e.g., Acumatica) is a plus

    • Experience with Power BI is also a plus

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
