Under general supervision and direction from the Principal Management Analyst or designee, the Administrative Intern will perform a variety of responsible, confidential administrative and technical functions in the assigned City department(s).  May perform general office functions, including but not limited to data entry; maintaining records and files; processing reports, records and forms; conducting surveys; special projects; staffing phones; filing and other duties as assigned.
This position may work up to 20 hours per week and benefits are not provided. This is a part-time, at-will position.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current enrollment or graduation from an accredited community college or four years university with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or closely related field (degree may be in progress). 
  • It is highly desirable for applicants to have completed a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
