Position Overview:
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist in full-cycle recruitment while fostering a culture of care and collaboration. You will be integral in sourcing talent that aligns with our values and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document processing
- Prepare and coordinate new employee onboarding materials and orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases
- Assist in generating HR reports and conducting basic data analysis
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
- Coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
- Assist with benefits administration and documentation
- Process HR-related documents and ensure proper filing and organization
- Collaborate on various administrative projects
Qualifications:
- Previous HR administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications, Macbook experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. GAP year students will not be considered
- Must have professional proficiency in English (oral and written)
Work environment:
- Hybrid work schedule with at least three (3) days per week in-office
- Candidates must be flexible in regards to their schedule to accommodate working with an international team
